Restaurant Style Pav Bhaji
Hi All,
I am back with my and almost everyone's favorite 'Pav Bhaji' recipe.I can eat Pav bhaji everyday😅if given a choice and the best part about it is that it's very easy and quick to prepare.I know most of you guys know how to make it but do try my version once😀.
Ingredients:
3-Finely chopped onions
2-Finely chopped capsicum
3-Finely chopped tomatoes
2- Potatoes chopped into small pieces
1/4 kg- Cauliflower
100 to 200 gms- Green Peas
3 tspn- Everest pav bhaji masala
1 tspn- Ginger garlic paste
1 tspn-Red chilli powder
2 tspn- Amul butter
2 tbspn-Oil
Salt as per taste
Fresh coriander to garnish
Method:

Method:
- First, boil the vegetables Cauliflower,Potatoes and green Peas in a cooker by adding 1 cup of water and take 3 whistles.Smash the vegetables with the help of a spoon or the churner as shown below:
- Heat oil in a kadai and add finely chopped onion to it.
- Fry the onion until light golden and translucent.
- Now add, ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 more minutes.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes and fry until the tomatoes are cooked.
- Now add pav bhaji masala,red chilli powder, salt and finely chopped capsicum.
- Fry the mixture well until oil starts to separate.
- Now add the smashed vegetable mixture to it and stir well until the mixture gives a nice red color.
- Add finely chopped fresh coriander and Amul butter and cover the lid.
- Let the pav bhaji cook on low flame for other 10 minutes.
- Serve it with butter fried pav and enjoy the yummy restaurant style pav bhaji at home.
