Chicken Cheese Spring Rolls

I am back with another iftar special dish and its the most favorite preparation of mine. Chicken Cheese Spring Rolls are quite easy to make and the ingredients are readily available in the market. Do t
try the below recipe!
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken-1/2 kg
Spring onions-4 cups
Grated Carrot-3 cups
Capsicum finely chopped - 2 cups
Cabbage-2 cups
Ginger Garlic paste-2 tspn
Green chilli paste-2 tspn
Grated Cheese-3 cups
Black pepper powder - 2 tspn
Salt to taste
Spring roll readymade Patti(I prefer Switz brand)
Egg white to stick.
Method:
Boil the cleaned cut boneless chicken in a pan with ginger garlic paste, black pepper and salt until it is completely cooked with no water content remaining in the pan.
Shred the chicken in small pieces.
Add all the vegetables chopped finely in the shredded chicken along with cheese and mix well.
The mixture needs to be added to spring rolls now.
Beat egg white of single egg. This will help the maida patti to stick well and form a perfect shape of spring roll.
Place some portion of the mixture on patti placed cross and roll it as shown on the switz roll packet.
The rolls are to be deep fried now until it turns golden brown on a medium flame.
It can be served with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
