Chicken Russian Cutlet

Chicken Russian Cutlets are beautiful little ground chicken cutlets that are lightly flavored with fragrant dill and savory dprins onion and pan fried or baked until golden brown.Do try the below recipe.It's one of the best recipes to be served as a starter during feasts or it can be used in day to day cooking as well as it is light on palette.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg- Boneless Chicken
3 - Boiled and smashed tomatoes.
250 gms- French beans finely chopped
2 carrots- finely chopped
2 tspn- Ginger garlic paste
2 tspn- Garam masala powder
2 tspn- Garam masala powder
2 tspn- chilli flakes
1 tspn- Black pepper powder
1 - egg whisked well
Bread crumps to coat cutlets.

Salt as per taste.
Method:
- Boil the chicken using Ginger garlic paste and black pepper powder until cooked.
- Grate the chicken fine using fingers.
- Add the finely chopped beans,ginger garlic paste,red chilli flakes,salt,garam masala powder and carrots and smashed potatoes to the grated chicken.
- Mix the mixture well and make round shaped cutlets.
- Dip the cutlet in whisked egg and coat with bread crumps on both sides.
- Deep fry the cutlets until light golden.
