Aloo Puri
Hi All,
I hope you guys doing well.I am posting a new recipe today Aloo Puri after a long time which is a snack time recipe and it is very much north Indian.So do try it!
Ingredients:
4- Boiled potatoes
1 tspn- Red chilli powder
1 tspn- Turmeric powder
1 tspn- Ajwain
1 tspn- Cumin seeds
3 tspn- Sooji (Semolina)
2 tspn- Finely chopped coriander.
1 tspn-Finely chopped Green chilli.
4 cups- Wheat flour
Water to knead dough.
Salt as per taste.
Oil to deep fry.
Method:
Serve hot aloo puris with tomato sauce and pudina chutney😋.

Method:
- Mash the boiled potatoes well.
- Add the mashed potatoes,red chilli,turmeric powder,Ajwain ,cumin seeds, coriander,salt,Sooji and start kneading the dough.
- Make sure you put the water in right quantity in the dough so that the dough looks like the one in below image:
- Roll the puris as shown below:
- Heat the oil well and start frying puris as shown below on high flame from both sides:
Serve hot aloo puris with tomato sauce and pudina chutney😋.
