Chicken Russian cutlets
Hi All,
I am posting this recipe again as this time it is a different way to prepare it.The vermicelli coating will add extra crisp to the kebabs.Do try the recipe!
Ingredients:
1 kg - Boneless Chicken
0.25 kg- Finely chopped carrots
0.25 kg- Finely chopped beans
2- Finely chopped capsicum
2 tspn- Ginger garlic paste.
2 tspn- Red chilli powder
2 tspn-Cumin powder
1 tspn- Garam masala powder.
2 tspn- Green chillies
4 tspn- Coriander finely chopped.
Egg and vermicelli- coating
Salt as per taste.
Method:
Serve it hot with some pudina chutney and lemon dices😋.

Method:
- Boil the chicken with ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder and salt. Do not add water to the mixture.Boil until the chicken is cooked and there should be no water content left in the container.
- Now let the mixture cool and add all the veggies, salt,green chillies and coriander to the mixture and mix well.
- Now make round tikkis as shown below:
- For coating, whisk an egg with a pinch of salt and also crush vermicelli in small pieces as shown below:
- To fry the cutlets,first dip the tikkis in egg and coat it with vermicelli from all the sides.
- Fry the tikkis on medium flame until light golden brown.
Serve it hot with some pudina chutney and lemon dices😋.
