Chicken Cheese Samosa
Hello All,
I am back with a new recipe today! Chicken Cheese Samosa is something which I really enjoy having it anytime of the day and is also a good welcome starter which can be served to your guests.Its very easy on palette with minimum spices and too fast to prepare.
Ingredients:-
For batter:
1/2 kg-Minced Chicken
1 bundle-Spring Onions
1 tspn-Black pepper powder
2 tspn-Ginger garlic paste
3 cups-Grated cheese
2-Green chillies.
1 cup-Fresh coriander.
Salt as peer taste.
For Samosa cover:
1 packet-Switz strips for samosa
2 tspn-Wheat flour
1 cup-Water.
Method:-

2 tspn-Wheat flour
1 cup-Water.
Method:-
- Clean,wash and strain the minced chicken.
- Take the minced chicken in a vessel,add ginger garlic paste,black pepper powder,salt.Mix it well and allow it to cook for 15 to 20 minutes unless the mixture is dry and cooked well.
- Allow the mixture to cool.
- Add the cleaned,finley chopped spring onions,finely chopped green chillies,coriander and grated cheese to the mixture.
- Mix all ingredients well to form a homogenous batter as shown below:
- Now,for the samosa cover, I use readymade fresh Switz strips made of all purpose flour.These strips are easily available on below amazon link:
- To stick the samosa strip, i make a glue like mixture of wheat flour and water.To make it, add two tspns of wheat flour to 1 cup of water.Boil the mixture until it becomes thick and sticky as shown below:
- Fold the strips in shape of samosa,use the above glue to stick it, add batter in its pocket and close it to form shapes as show below:
- Deep fry the samosa in hot oil.
- Serve it hot with sauce or lemon.
